Pied Beauty

My First Pie! Those of you on the Hurst side who attended a certain thanksgiving dinner may recall my real first attempt at baking a pie-like item. So I'd like to call this my first pie that actually tastes good! I took it to an enrichment activity and the whole thing got eaten. Hooray for mom's crust and Cassie's apple pie filling! I did add the yummy top crust myself. Delish!
