"Life is hard, but life is simple. Get on the path and never, ever give up. You never give up. You just keep on going. You don't quit, and you will make it.
There is only one way to happiness and fulfillment. Jesus Christ is the Way. Every other way, any other way, whatever other way is foolisheness."

Oh BABY!

So we have had quite the weekend and week. Last Saturday the weather was finally turning and we were so excited to be able to go outside together. Our plan was to go watch Daniel's baseball game (he's one of the pitchers). So we took the morning nice and easy so I would be all rested up to go to the game in the afternoon. The weather was perfect. We did forget the sunscreen and ended up with sunburns but it was totally worth it. I got the coolest foot tan from my chacos. Little did I know that this would be the last I would be seeing of the outside world and the beautiful weather. Later that night we were playing games at "the Bahm's." I had just lost at Settlers and I got up to go to the bathroom. I bearly had time to shut the door and then "pop." Wet pants. Wet floor. Keep in mind this was not our wet floor but our friends. We decided it was time to go (to the hospital that is) since I was pretty sure my water had broken (that was confirmed later at the hospital when I still had to go to the bathroom). Fortunatly our Dr. was already here, it was like he was waiting for us. To make a long story short my water broke and I am still in the hospital waiting to have the baby. For all those who don't think it is possible to keep a baby in the womb after a rupture, well it is. Its a common misconception.

So far the baby looks great and we are happy to do whatever we have to do so that she can be healthy. Thanks to all of our family and friends who have been so supportive and helpful. We love you.
